MaK Service Contracts

As the official MaK dealer in the Benelux, Bolier also offers service contracts for your MaK engine. The trustworthiness of your MaK engine is dependent on timely and professional MaK maintenance. Malfunctions and consequential damages can be prevented with this. Bolier offers customized framework agreements ranging from the delivery of parts to preemptive maintenance of your engine. The service contracts can be expanded modular. 

 

Bolier has experience since 1949 and this is why we can offer you reliable service for your MaK engine. Boiler’s qualified engineers feature knowledge and technical knowhow and will always help you as effective and efficient as possible when carrying out maintenance on your MaK engine. Our MaK service contracts offer you the following benefits

By putting the maintenance of your MaK engine in our hands, we offer you the opportunity to focus on your core business. You can focus on your KPI’s such as maximizing the availability of your vessel/engine and with that the carrying out of maintenance according to planning and budget. By using different types of service contracts, depending on your wishes, these goals can be reached. Our possibilities are:

 

Level 1: Framework agreement

You receive efficient and high quality services on call. With a (level 1) framework agreement at Bolier you can use all our MaK products, exchange parts and workshop/field services. Efficiency in the operational handling of orders is pursued by facilitating all this in a (long-term) pricing arrangement.

Clients with a framework agreement also receive an Engenius account, our online engine/fleet portal where you can easily keep track of executed maintenance activities, find service letters and where you can order engine specific components.

Level 2: Extensive service partnership agreement

In case you want to decrease the risk of unforeseen costs/events and obtain more grip on your risks, Bolier offers the possibility to make use of our extensive service partnership agreement. This type (level 2) of agreement contains all products and services of the Framework agreement (level 1). However, in the level 2 agreement Bolier will look for additional measures which can be used in order for you to reach your goals. 

Possible measures which can be used for this are:

  • Executing periodical liquid analyses (oil, cooling water)
  • Inspecting your engine periodically. After a 1-day inspection you will be advised about to-be carried out preemptive maintenance of your engine. 
  • Engine connect services with the possibility to experience it from another location
  • The training of your crew periodically in our MaK training centre. 

Level 3: Pay for output agreement

In case you want to completely unburden yourself, want to pay based on the output of the engine and want to share any risks with Bolier, then we offer the possibility to sign a Pay for Output agreement (level 3) for your engine. This way you will not face any surprises. With this contract you share the risks of the operating engine. This is because you pay for every hour the engine is operating and with this you buy part of the risk. 

All additional services from the level 2 agreement are also part of the level 3 Pay for Output agreement. 

  • You can use all of our MaK products, exchange parts and workshop/field services
