MaK Engines

Bolier is the official representative for MaK engines in the Benelux. The engines are custom built and can be applied in a wide range of marine vessels and in power plants. All MaK engines are suitable to run on diesel oil (MDO) and heavy oil (HFO). Besides that there are Dual Fuel and gas engines with LNG as its fuel. The MaK engine distinguishes itself through high reliability, low operational costs and a long service life. MaK’s product line consists of propulsion engines and generators.

The production techniques that MaK uses are constantly being improved to make sure that using original MaK parts improves the engine’s performance and decreases its emissions, while increasing its reliability. All original emission-related MaK parts meet the IMO-requirements in order for your engine to remain in accordance with the relevant MARPOL Annex VI-regulations and the EIAPP-certification. When you choose an MaK engine, you get value for money. 

Classification society Germanischer Lloyd (GL) has rewarded Bolier the highest qualification (Platinum) in the Marine Service Assessment of Caterpillar. 

Furthermore, Bolier features excellent after sales. You can always go to Bolier for services, maintenance and repairs. Bolier works with specialized MaK engineers who work efficiently. Besides that, Bolier has a large stock of new and used MaK parts. As a result a part of your engine can always be replaced quickly, either in the harbour in Dordrecht or on location.
